The guy with the bushy hair acted like he didn’t want to work. He was so slow. Then they didn’t even honor the complimentary wash and vacuum. This service center is not nice. The receptionist who gave me my keys even said that Lexus promises and says a lot but that they don’t keep their word. I’m not going back there. I’m going to have to find another location. So much for getting my dream car only to have people provide such bad service. I looked up to them. What a disappointment. More
