The volume knob on my radio was replaced. When I got the car back I noticed several things. The volume knob depth was different than the tuning knob. The volume knob was indented and dinged i When I got the car back I noticed several things. The volume knob depth was different than the tuning knob. The volume knob was indented and dinged in several places. The piece holding it all together was scratched. I discovered this before I left the dealership. They did not bring this to my attention. After alerting them they took the car back. Returning it to me later they said that it was a difficult job to do without the indents, dings and scratches. I was then told that it would be brought to the manager’s attention, they’d order the replacement parts for me, and I needed to return to the dealership for removal and installation when the parts came in. They didn’t tell me that they’d reach out or that I needed to call them. More
