Horrible service with Andres Majerovicz. He was very disrespectful and demeaning. He argued with me about payment agreements I made with my salesperson and threw paperwork at me to sign with He was very disrespectful and demeaning. When I asked for him to explain what it is I am signing, he replied “read the documents and if you have questions then ask.” I have purchased numerous vehicles, oftentimes with Lexus of Pembroke Pines, I have NEVER in my experience, seen a finance manager hand a customer paperwork without even summarizing what the paperwork represents. Let alone, one who thinks it is acceptable to close a deal, with technical terminology, without having the customer have a clear understanding of the binding contract they are undertaking. More
