Luis Llorens, is a manager without any professional ethics, I was deceived by a technique that he used with me in giving a higher number for the car and then a lower number based on the CARFAX. He neve ethics, I was deceived by a technique that he used with me in giving a higher number for the car and then a lower number based on the CARFAX. He never gave me evidence of his results. Please do not deal with this person he should be clipped to his superiors for information fraud, he was unethical and unprofessional. I want to express that the dealer is a good place but he should be fired for consumer misconduct. I am doing this review as a professional and university professor where I know what it is to apply ethics, treat people with respect and transparency something that this gentleman does not have as a professional. Please, I hope this message reaches every consumer and Luis Llorens is suspended for lack of ethics and manipulation of information data. More
