Bought my GX460 at the end of the lease. Sales said over the phone that I would only have to pay for residual, tax and title transfer. I went in trusting and Darryl Garib snuck in a $1,298 extra charge for maintenance that was neither requested or properly explained. When I soon discovered it upon leaving, it was a big hassle to get a refund. The sales team is very good, but you get a 1 star for shameful deceptive practices which was unexpected from a Lexus dealership. I highly doubt I'll do business there again. You should not underestimate your customers and act like a junk dealership. Having said all that, Rafael Genao leased me the car and was fantastic. It's a shame you soured me as a client, Good luck. My car needed a repair and there was no ETA for the part with part shortages. Lexis made the process easy for me and gave me a loaner.
