I had a bad experience with my last purchase from this dealership 2 years ago and swore I would never deal with them again but decided to give them another try. My experience with Yomar Conreras and a ne dealership 2 years ago and swore I would never deal with them again but decided to give them another try. My experience with Yomar Conreras and a new employee named Julia Zabrian was very good. They were both professional and courteous respected my time constraint and listened to my expectations. After discussing payment options with the manager, they were not able to meet my payment requirements. I left with no deal only to be contacted a short time later to tell me they reworked the figures and could get me into a new car for the monthly payments that worked with my budget. It would have been more convenient had they done this on my initial visit as I live 30 minutes from the dealership! When I returned I was treated well by all employees from Yomar and Julia to the finance department, the cashier and Daniel at the insurance desk. Unfortunately it took over 2 hours to get the paperwork done and the car processed which seems ridiculous, in the past I have had 2 cars delivered to my home from this dealership as a courtesy and it took all of 15 minutes start to finish! The bottom line, I am very happy with my vehicle and I will continue to use this dealership as long as I am able to work with employees like Yomar Contreras and Julia Zabrian More
