If I could give a negative star, I would. Worse customer service, at least after you purchase a vehicle. Bought a vehicle at "Lexus of Pembroke Pines" and didn't thought about it twice because this locatio service, at least after you purchase a vehicle. Bought a vehicle at "Lexus of Pembroke Pines" and didn't thought about it twice because this location should sell decent vehicles. Started having problem at day one and I informed Sofía of my problem. I called several times with Sofía and other associates; of course I kept getting the run around..... it turns out the this vehicle was in an accident and per the report it wasn't. Please be very careful when purchasing a used vehicle. More
