Had a flaw in the new car I took possession of in end Dec. When I noticed the flaw I contacted Lexus, and the service I received was less than satisfactory. In fact. I finally was given an appointment to bring the car in for the warranty issue on 4/16/24, my advisor was Francisco Bautista. The Paper I received said the car would be ready same day. Heard not update that day, heard no update the next day. 4/18 I called, was on hold for an excessive amount of time and still got nobody to speak to. I called Michele for help. Finally I got a call back on the 18th telling me I could pick my car up. When I picked it up, the warranty repair was not satisfactorily done. There was nobody to speak to so I therefore just left, completely disappointed, as this is my fifth Lexus. More
