Empty Promises and lies. I called twice to confirm parts were in after I confirmed the appointment. Dropped off the car at 10am was told it would be a 2 hour service at 12:1 I called twice to confirm parts were in after I confirmed the appointment. I then took the car home got the service manager involved. They told me that she was very busy obviously because they have lots of problems there. I finally got the car repaired over at North Miami which was no pleasure either I was told I was going to be called back to find out why the car wasn’t taken care of again I guess I’m just going to have to continue to go to either Kendall, Kendall West or jam, which is not convenient, but they can only be just as bad or better More
