Empty Promises and lies. I called twice to confirm parts were in after I confirmed the appointment. Dropped off the car at 10am was told it would be a 2 hour service at 12:1 I called twice to confirm parts were in after I confirmed the appointment. Dropped off the car at 10am was told it would be a 2 hour service at 12:15 I inquired about the status and was told it had not been started yet. I then took the car home got the service manager involved. They told me that she was very busy obviously because they have lots of problems there. I finally got the car repaired over at North Miami which was no pleasure either I was told I was going to be called back to find out why the car wasn’t taken care of again I guess I’m just going to have to continue to go to either Kendall, Kendall West or jam, which is not convenient, but they can only be just as bad or better More

There was a problem with my headlights and they were not able to fix it because they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I showed them pictures of the message that I got even that morning and they still couldn’ able to fix it because they couldn’t duplicate the problem.
