It’s happened a few times but i will list the last 2 incidents only. They replaced my water pump i pay $600 i turn engine to drive i see orange alert? Called the rep Afraz he takes car in return after 1 incidents only. They replaced my water pump i pay $600 i turn engine to drive i see orange alert? Called the rep Afraz he takes car in return after 15 minutes says they fixed a sensor so i start driving as soon as i reach 40miles/ hour i hear loud scratching noise?? I turn back now i.see some plastic stuff hanging behind front bumper? I didn’t have these issues they created them and they don’t even test drive a car before giving it to clients? The prior visit a month ago i had nail in one Tyre slow leak. They take the car in after couple hours the rep. Andre Rust calls me saying they to replace TWO tires! Wow. I ask to see the car after 15 minutes he escorts me in the shop. I see the bad tire they say we will not put a plug we have to replace it then they show me second tire which had no issues they show nail there too? I argue that tire had 0 leaks. I ask to see manager Jose who says yes both tires need replacing. I beg him to look again it turner out a tiny 1/4” nail and NO LEAKS. The rep Andre had a grudge against me probably planted small nail to charge me double. Imagine if i had not asked to-see this and not pleaded with manager to double check i would have paid double. Rep. Andre Rust has done similar things in past. I have bought 4 Lexus’s from them I won’t anymore:( sad More

Yes I was very disappointed in way they left my truck. All dirty and all messed up in side. Beside when we returned a loaner they let my clicker for my garage.
