Look. I’m nobody special but I figure my time is as important as anyone else’s. I had an appointment but had to wait in line for all of the walk-ins. Extremely. Crowded. Finally got checked in about 2pm. Vehicle promised 2 hr and 15 min for oil change and rotation. Got it back at 4:45pm. There was some kind of door latch recall. part in stock at drop off, but not available for install Now i have to come back? More
