My wife and I appreciated the friendliness of Mike and his assistants. The fellow who assisted us with the navigation was very helpful.. The facilities while we were waiting we’re very accessible. My wife and really enjoy taking our 2020 RX450h into Nick at Sacramento Lexus. He’s alway easy to get on the phone even if I have to leave a voice message, he’s back with me properly.
