Took my car in for oil change/check. After 2 hrs I had to ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself. When I pulled it out it looked brand new. They never discussed anything. Think they just checked their history and not actually the car itself. Got the feeling they were trying to take advantage of 66 year old woman. Not impressed with their service. More

We wanted to buy a used car for our son but was seen by unprofessional salesman Robert Escobosa whose keep changing the interest rate on us, after waiting and waiting on him about 3 and 1/2 hours still can unprofessional salesman Robert Escobosa whose keep changing the interest rate on us, after waiting and waiting on him about 3 and 1/2 hours still can’t get the deal so we ended to go home. We made an appointment online this time because of the pandemic. In the past, 2 years ago we bought a new Lexus ES with David Toves he was very helpful, kindness and professional. I wondered if we’re be able to see him that day we already drive home with the car. More
