I thought Ernie was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Ernie sold my wife her Lexus in August and I came back in November to get a certified lexus as well. Kent was extremely helpful and patient as we explored our options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! Sadly the finance man was a bit distant...we sat in his office & signed forms but there options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! 45,000 reck. Requested the tires cked as I kept loosing pressure and had to have the tires inflated several times. At xx out time was told tires were fine. Next day pressure down. Went to a tire shop wher pressure and had to have the tires inflated several times. At xx out time was told tires were fine. Next day pressure down. Went to a tire shop where a puncture was found. Disappointing to say the least. Labor is the costly part of the service and they failed. More
