For two+ years running, we have received excellent customer service, from the initial purchase of our 2019 LS300H to each and every follow up service appointment. When needed i was able to have access customer service, from the initial purchase of our 2019 LS300H to each and every follow up service appointment. When needed i was able to have access to a loaner car. They have an excellent system of recognizing my phone number which cuts down of basic info of who i am and what kind of car i need serviced. When i waited for my car to get serviced i had adequate space, water, wifi and excellent choices of brewed coffee. I am very happy and satisfied that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento.
