Outstanding service provided, from customer service, the service manager, cashier, the rep who provided the loaner vehicle, the rep who released my vehicle all were very helpful. My car was repaired in a t service manager, cashier, the rep who provided the loaner vehicle, the rep who released my vehicle all were very helpful. My car was repaired in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction, thanks to the service manager and the technician that did the repair . All parts that were associated with the defect and failed parts were replaced. All those involved are worthy of recognition for a job well done. More

The bay is messy and it is a turn off considering that Lexus IS a luxury brand. the door to a service area was propped open with a car battery. There were spider webs where the ceiling and wall meet. Lexus of Sacramento was awesome! We love our car! It had a problem with the starter when we bought it and they thought it was the security system they put on the cars but even after we left with it and came a problem with the starter when we bought it and they thought it was the security system they put on the cars but even after we left with it and came back they still fixed the problem and had the best customer service. Thank you for replacing my battery without an appointment and got it done timely!
