Absolutely Best Dealer experience I've ever had We were just looking around for cars and I really wanted to own my very first Lexus for a really long time. We came to Lexus of Sacramento not having any idea how it's going to go down. Really wanted to get 2014 es 300h as the price for a used car would be minimal and will guarantee Lexus service. However, we met Mr. Keneddy. He asked if we had looked into 2017 es300h and we did have but it was little out of budget for us. So he broke down all the costs and everything and gave us an offer that we couldn't deny. Here we are signing off on a brand new 2017 Lexus es300h. It was an hour dealing with him, and will always remember our deal since he was our very first Lexus dealer. I know to whom I'll be going in few years for another Lexus. Grade A Service Every time I visit LOS they take such great care of me and this time was no different. I was able to schedule my service appointment via text with Ch Every time I visit LOS they take such great care of me and this time was no different. I was able to schedule my service appointment via text with Christina while on vacation so that I could bring it in when I returned home. They graciously put me in an SUV loaner so I could get weekend errands done. I enjoyed the vehicle so much that I kept it till the next day. Again, I was on the way to the dealer and was able to text Jamal I was on my way (it was Sunday and service was closed). He had the car pulled up for me (I didn't even ask for this) so I all had to do was sign paperwork with the receptionist and go! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. More
