As usual, Jeff took the very best care of me and our LS460. We've been returning to your dealership for service for 13 years and I have never had more outstanding care for mu Lexus(s). Heck, I would have bought my vehicle from Jeff had he been a sales person. My wife and I are so pleased with his treatment of us and our cars, we made up a certificate of excellence and gave it to him in January of this year. Ask him to show it to you (it's quite nice if I don't mind saying so myself). As all previous reviews have mentioned, Jeff is a shining example of what service should always be...he represents Lexus of Sacramento in the most positive way.
