Lonnie, our sales person, patiently listened to our needs, gave me time to test drive different models, and provided a Lexus that met everything I wanted in a car. Through a 'no-pressure' financial exchange, we bought a beautiful ES 350. Many other Lexus employees were very helpful: Vanessa, Bryon, Mike and Mark. The sales department and the salesman Don Wert appeared to have integrity. I used financing from my credit union and Lexus of Sacramento handled all of the documentation with the credit union-it was a very efficient transaction--the best i have had in my many years of car buying. The explanation of the car's functions, it hybrid operation and especially the car's technology was extremely thorough and very patiently delivered. Very friendly, no pressure....John and Ernie helped us make an informed decision, Robert explained all the details, and Vanessa answered all our questions and showed us how things worked! They ALL stayed until after 9 pm on a Saturday for us! We received a thank you letter from John after the first visit AND after our purchase! I love the different colored pens he used to write and underline!! :-) I also received two calls from him thanking us for our business. I feel like he really does appreciates it. More
