The dealership was very accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. They were able to take my car around 3pm and I got it the next day in the morning. Unfortunately, I was not offered a loaner not have an appointment. They were able to take my car around 3pm and I got it the next day in the morning. Very frustrating. I arrived at 11 for an appointment for a car I was nearly certain I wanted to buy. Receptionist was unfriendly and seemed to be frustrated with me sh I arrived at 11 for an appointment for a car I was nearly certain I wanted to buy. Receptionist was unfriendly and seemed to be frustrated with me she couldn't find my appointment. She couldn't find someone to talk to me. The whole experience took way too long. Again, I knew what I wanted and yet it took over 5 hours to buy the car. More
