This dealership is being remodeled, but they seemed to have things quite organized , inside and out. I had Christine this time, everyone I've had is pretty nice. I did have to wait a good while for them t have things quite organized , inside and out. I had Christine this time, everyone I've had is pretty nice. I did have to wait a good while for them to do a diagnostic, and I didn't think it was going to be that long. I always bring my car in for service, funny they found all kinds of things wrong, when I was only in for a sensor that comes on and off. This is the second sensor I've had replaced, and I have 2 more to go I'm told. I've been bringing my car in since 2009, and to hear all these other thing was not good. No I didn't have all the other stuff done cause it would have been well over 7,000, and I can buy a new car for that amount. More

Lexus of Sacramento has the best customer service! I have been bringing my cars here for service for over 10 years. Despite undergoing construction, Tracey Cach and team were able to get me checked in and ou been bringing my cars here for service for over 10 years. Despite undergoing construction, Tracey Cach and team were able to get me checked in and out of the service department, into a loaner vehicle in 10 minutes record time. Not only was I impressed with the team’s efficiency- I was also very pleased to be offered a comparable loaner vehicle to my vehicle being serviced. Tracey communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated on the status of my service and sent photos as well. Checkout was a smooth and efficient process; I was on my way home in 10 minutes. Tracey followed up with me the following day to make sure everything was in order after my service. Thank you Lexus of Sacramento! You guys are an elite Lexus dealership! More

I have been ill lately, and my son took the car in for service, I notified the representative from Lexus to let Christina know that my son would be taking in the car. The maintenance alert is still on, th service, I notified the representative from Lexus to let Christina know that my son would be taking in the car. The maintenance alert is still on, the new tag in the window was forgotten to be placed in the upper left hand corner. My son said, it took a very long time for someone to greet him.
