I’m very happy with the service I received from Eric P. and this Lexus Service center! I have been taking my cars to the Lexus of Stevens Creek for the past 15 years so it was really hard not taking my car and this Lexus Service center! I have been taking my cars to the Lexus of Stevens Creek for the past 15 years so it was really hard not taking my cars there this time. The Stevens Creek location manager, Todd and his team are like family. As a customer I think what makes a service center stand out is honesty/transparency and personable/friendly employees. I thought Eric P. was great. He was patient, explained everything, and listened to my concerns. After meeting him I definitely feel comfortable with bringing both of my Lexus cars back for all future service needs. I appreciate him and his manager for providing outstanding customer service.
