Note: This is not a reflection on Tracey, Christina or the mechanic that worked on my car which provided excellent service. This is a comment with the person working the driveway intake who approach me when I arrived for service. He informed me that I could not talk to Christina regarding my car service and that I could not request a specific service writer and that he would assign me a service writer for my car service. I had previously talked to Tracey regarding this appointment but when I called in on Monday I was informed she was sick so I was assisted by Christina who confirmed the appointment. I don’t know if that is normal protocol but I found it rude when I was told I could not talk to Christina when in fact she assisted in procuring my service appointment when Tracey was not available due to illness.
