The entire service experience was poor. Lexus service was extremely lack luster from the start. Telephone went unanswered and I had to call several times (Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM). Steve who answer was extremely lack luster from the start. Telephone went unanswered and I had to call several times (Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM). Steve who answered the phone was rude and couldn't find a service rep to help me. Placed on hold numerous times until a rep came on-- Brittany. Had to have car towed-in, which I told them yet no one informed me of the protocols (like the night box, et al). Paid $2,500 for service, yet when I pick-up the car and got in, the service light came on. Car needed to stay another day to address. Came back next day, obtained car, yet it was very dirty. It had not been washed and repair area/car park area was full of dirt from landscape construction project. Dirt was on my car. I was given a $100 discount. But the poor service, rudeness and overall experience left me numb. I purchased my car from Lexus Sacto in 2009 and have ALWAYS had it serviced there. This experience was so bad, that it will be my last stop. More

I have been taking my 3 Lexus cars to the Sacramento dealership for regular service and repairs for about 10 years now. Nick Cruz has been my service advisor — very customer service oriented and looks a dealership for regular service and repairs for about 10 years now. I made an appointment and when I arrived they did not have my appointment down even though I had a text confirmation. While waiting in line with my car my service person completely ignored and bypassed have my appointment down even though I had a text confirmation. Why make an appointment in advance if your staff doesn’t have any record of it. More

Poor customer service, the worse Lexus service center I’ve been to. The service manager (I believe her name is Leslie) doesn’t care about customer service. It’s important to be compassionate and show emp I’ve been to. The service manager (I believe her name is Leslie) doesn’t care about customer service. It seems like she just reads off of a script when she’s faced with difficult customers. If I could go to a different location I would but unfortunately this is the closest Lexus. More
