It has been several years since I have actually gone into a dealership to purchase a vehicle, so things may have changed. First I must say the the physical plant was spotless and very inviting. The facility upgrade is beautiful and clean. It was easy to drive through when dropping off. I was able to use the shuttle to take of some business while waiting for service of my car.
