Took awhile but now pleased with the outcome. I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I spent about two hours at the dealership. They could not find any leaks so the tire was removed and I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I spent about two hours at the dealership. They could not find any leaks so the tire was removed and seal bead, replaced TPMS fit kit. I drove home and found the tire flat again the next morning. Car was towed back to Lexus, waited more than five hours then called them. Doug said they did find a very small hole when they put the tire in a water tank. They did a patch repair but we agreed leaving the car overnight would verify it was fixed. Glad to say that worked. I really appreciate that the repair and tow were complimentary. More

I was concerned by the lack of mask wearing by employees and customers. I stood outside to avoid contamination for 1-1/2 hours on a rainy day I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years getting my S and customers. Due to the Covid-19 this is the 1st time I ever purchased a car online. You are really at the mercy of the dealership to be upfront and honest about the car. After receiving my car which was shipped over 500 miles I was very pleased with the appearance of the car and so far it’s drivability. 1 day and counting, looking forward to enjoying our new used car. Only down side was the scratches not being addressed inside on the door sills. Otherwise working with Russell Lawrentz was a great experience and yes I would do it again. Thanks Russell. More
