Russell was very professional, friendly and spent a lot of time working with us, without high pressure. He let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted to drive, just kept pulling them out for us if we wanted to see something different. After landing one we wanted to buy, the process was quick, they found us an excellent interest rate, and they were very accommodating.
