My service advisor was great but it seemed to me the whole place has a Cold feel to it All the show floors were empty. After a busy family Summer it was great to get my Lexus (4th) in for tire rotation ,oil change etc before the snow arrives. Normally our service visits go smoothMy but this one didn’t. Parts were needed, arrived broken, new part ordered then they needed an additional one over a holiday weekend, which extended the time to ge didn’t. We were kept informed on the status, but we did not have our car for a week. Yes, we had a loaner, but my wife was not use to it so she didn’t feel comfortable driving it. Overall, not the 5 star review treatment we were use too. More
