When paying for my service, I was surprised I needed to hand my card to someone for processing. Over the last 11 months, the vast majority of retailers have adopted a contactless payment process. For those who have a contact-based process, the card is wiped upon return. When my car was delivered to me, my fob and steering wheel was touched and not sanitized. I expect better. More

It is difficult to judge dealerships as potential buyers are always looking for the same thing. In our case, my husband was unable to go to the dealership because he is handicapped. But numerous Morries dea are always looking for the same thing. In our case, my husband was unable to go to the dealership because he is handicapped. But numerous Morries dealers have been in business around our area for many years. Not only do they sell a top rated product (Lexus, in this case), but they picked an excellent salesman to be their representative, Bob Horowitz. Bob willingly made several trips between the dealership and our home so we could make the right choice on color and wheel design and had the proper paperwork. And all in one of the coldest Minnesota winters in history! He never showed impatience, was well spoken and polite and very easy to communicate with. He is indeed an asset to Morries Lexus of Wayzata. More
