It has lost its luxury brand feel. The addition of a 3% up charge for use a credit card for service is cheesy. To face the up charge is something I might expect from Sam and Ella’s, mom and pop, not at the Lexus dealer. Like, what happened to free coffee? The atmosphere at this dealer has changed in the past several years and not for the better. That fact is reinforced by the number of long time employees gone and replaced with brand new. It’s sad to see. More
