Purchased a $42,000 Lexus Certified vehicle on line. Paid for it in advance and came from Indiana to pick it up. Was shocked to find out it only had 1 key . I was told by sales manager Lexus does not re Paid for it in advance and came from Indiana to pick it up. Was shocked to find out it only had 1 key . I was told by sales manager Lexus does not require a second key on certified vehicles like most all other luxury brands do such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo , Mercedes etc. This is not the service you would expect from a tier 1 luxury car manufacturer. I was also told if the customer gives a second key on trade in then you would get it . Very sad management practices. More

I recently purchased a GX550 from Lexus of WC and had a great experience! Mike helped us with an initial test drive of the demo GX, provided a ton of information and answered our questions on narrowing great experience! Mike helped us with an initial test drive of the demo GX, provided a ton of information and answered our questions on narrowing down what we want, how to reserve an upcoming allocation, and what to expect once we placed a deposit. It was ~4-5 weeks from the time we placed a deposit to the delivery of the vehicle, Mike checked in frequently with updates which was appreciated. The car ended up arriving on 12/31 (aka an already very busy day for dealerships!). When we arrived that evening to look over the car and finalize the financing, Mike's colleague Franceoa assisted us. Franceoa was also excellent! Our financing rep, I believe his name was Daniel, was also very kind and patient with my 100 questions. Overall, every one we interacted with a WC Lexus was amazing - super friendly, personable, responsive, and stellar at what they do. We happily spent a couple hours of our new years eve with this crew and are extremely pleased with the level of service they provided AND our beautiful new GX. It was about 3 pm, he said the repairmen are spoiled and if he sent back a ticket for my car they would be mad. OK. I asked if he could at least have them pull the window up so that the inside of my car would not get wet, it had started to rain. Instead he put plastic over my window and I drove off. I drove straight across the street to Toyota of Wesley Chapel, asked them if they could help me get my window up. They did. Took less than 60 seconds. I went ahead and scheduled a appointment with them. I feel like Veron really wasn't trying to help. More
