My first call on a Tuesday was answered by salesman Vy Vguyen, I sent pictures of my trade and within an hour, with the assistance of the sales manager, Allan Rupp, I had all the information I needed in order to decide that this was the car for our family. The car was prepped on Wednesday and by 1:00pm on Thursday, I was headed back to Illinois. The process was smooth and painless. And they accepted my personal check for the difference including sales tax and fees. This is the 12th vehicle that I have purchased on-line and by comparison, the best experience of all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. And, no, they did not pay me to say this. But they have my address if they want to send cash... More

Corey risked his life with is test driving, and Erick was the go to when it came to numbers. It was a wonderful experience and i got watch my mom cry, hug, and pose with her new rx350 2017. With a bow. The bow was important. All the added accesories only took 1 day and the vehicle is perfect. Ive never seen her so happy. It is the car she deserves and lexus made it happen.
