Words can not express how I am thankful to Mr Troy Mayer. I was having troubles with many dealerships . He is the one who helped to get my 2025 BMW 2025 . I was told to bring my car in for a recall appointment but I also needed a service appointment. I have had to take my car back for several problems since I got the car. When I got there, Mr. Rob Payson to but I also needed a service appointment. I have had to take my car back for several problems since I got the car. When I got there, Mr. Rob Payson told me that there was no recall for what I was bringing the car in for and someone misinformed me. I told him that that was the reason that I made the appointment to begin with. I have had to take my car back for the hatch, not closing, the key fob not working and the battery dying and the key fob in less than a month. The key fob was switched out for me and that key fob did the exact same thing. I have had the problem with the screen completely blinking out on me while I was driving down the highway. I’ve had to pull over in the car, restart the car to get the screen to restart. I explain all that to Mr. Payson, who told me again that there was no recall on the screen. I’ve had issues with the backup camera where it just stopped working and not because of the fact that it was covered with dirt or snow but it just stopped working and it kept alerting me that it would not work. After letting the car sit for 24 hours, it kicked back in. I was told that that was the recall and to make an appointment so that it could be fixed. When I got the car there this last time, Mr. Payson said they would check it out, but there was no recall. I think the thing that made me the angriest is when I left my car there last week and was given a loaner car, Mr. Pace and told me that the car was dirty, which I understood. It was a white car so I figured that meant the outside was dirty and I could not really see the inside of the car because it was dark inside of the dealership. When I drove out and got on the highway, I didn’t saw how dirty the inside of the car was as well. There was food in the cupholder. There was someone’s clothes left in the car, which means that someone did not clean the inside of the car out a little bit. There is still a lot of infections and things like Covid still out here so why would you give me a completely dirty car without even trying to wipe it down? I made one of the workers there aware of the fact that the car was extremely dirty and he apologized when I got the bill to my phone. It gave me a lesser amount than what was stated to me in the beginning by Mr. Payson, when I got there the bill end up being more. He said that there was some things that wasn’t added to the original bill to my phone. One other thing was that when we did the walk around of the car before I drove it off the lot there was a huge dent in the passengers side door. When I got my contract, it said that the car had no dents or nicks. If I had not paid attention, I would have driven the car off the lot and I would have been responsible for the repair of that debt. Mr. Pace and called his manager over to ask him did he know that that dent was in there and he said no. My experience was Wilmington for the past year or two has been very very poor. I come from Pennsylvania, where I went to Wilke Lexus and have never been treated so poorly there. I will never go back to Wilmington Lexus again if I can help it. I was told before I left there that they ordered a backup camera for my car because there was a malfunction in the backup camera so when the camera comes, they would then call me to bring my car back in. But you told me that there was no recall on the camera or no dysfunction on the camera so why did you have to order a camera then? Very dissatisfied. More
