Sales Person and manager called me not less than once a day for 3 weeks, looking to help me with my request to test drive a new, limited and highly sought-after vehicle. We finally connected and made an day for 3 weeks, looking to help me with my request to test drive a new, limited and highly sought-after vehicle. We finally connected and made an appointment to test drive this car. I took a vacation day from work and drove over an hour in each direction, only to be told I can LOOK at the vehicle, and I can SIT in the vehicle, but cannot take it out for a test drive. The manager wanted to "keep the miles low" because it's a popular car. If that's truly the case, then manager should have mentioned this to me when he called to confirm the appointment. OR when sales person booked my appointment. Or when I arrived before taking a copy of my license. Many opportunities to make this right. I promptly left the dealership and bought a gorgeous Infinity today instead. Customer Service matters most in this industry. Don't waste your time here - the Lexus dealership in Cherry Hill, NJ is significantly more accommodating if you're sold on a Lexus. If not, I recommend Infinity! Volvo dealership was also overly pleasant to work with. More

Our interaction with Kyle demonstrated that he is a crass and arrogant individual who lacks the situational awareness to be a successful sales manager.
