I think if you asked Mark and Nuno they probably know exactly who this is. The fact that Mark lied to my initial question and then backtracked and Nuno could not give us a straight answer about the condition of the vehicle speaks volumes. Toyota of Wilbraham is a dealer I will never trust.

I would like to apologize for the confusion in your recent visit. The equipment listed on our preowned inventory is pulled from a national data base referenced by the vehicle identification number. Occasionally there is an error. We offered to install a backup camera at the advertised sale price or discount the vehicle 500 dollars in lieu of the camera. AGAIN….This was not a confusion. You did NOT offer me one or the other. U offered to see if u could put the camera in and would I take the car for the discounted price. I agreed and when your company called to tell me it was doable to put the camera in THEN it changed to “well you have to pick one or the other”. The back up camera is the least of what I was mad about. You offered me something then tried to re nigg on the deal but then LIE and said you offered me one or the other when you know that isn’t true. If you gonna apologize, apologize to yourself cause that definitely isn’t genuine

I have bought many new and used cars. NEVER have I been treated so dishonestly from a dealership as I have been from Lia Toyota of Wilbraham! Promised new tires on car … put used ones on, promised paint job(not touch up) on front and back bumpers (with a promissory note) written from salesman…never happened. Less than 300 miles and a full tank of gas driven and back brakes and rotors went…response from general manager…we make mistakes and you should of fixed them here. Oops I also made a mistake….by not fixing them there and Oops biggest mistake was this dealership!

Fact-your mechanics made a mistake Fact- I made a mistake by taking my newly licensed 16 1/2 year olds car to my trusted mechanic to repair it ASAP as brakes are a safety issue Fact- less than 300 miles and less than a tank full of gas the brakes needed replacement With a smile …you should reimburse me as I bought the car knowing the brakes were inspected and safe as (told by your salesman) but they weren’t. As you said…you stand behind every vehicle you sell!
