I am very disappointed in the customer service at Liberty Buick. They take no responsibility after the car is sold. When I received my car there were parts in the trunk that they did not know what they were Buick. They take no responsibility after the car is sold. When I received my car there were parts in the trunk that they did not know what they were for or where they went. I called several times and didn’t receive a call back, to see if they knew what to do with the parts. Thankfully, my mechanic figured it out. There is a rattle in the car that I haven’t been able to pinpoint, their answer was I didn’t buy the warranty. I asked if the warranty would cover rattles, and he said No. The passenger visor is missing the cover on the mirror, the managers answer, not a safety issue. It could be a safety issue if the convertible top is down and the visor is down and the sun hits the mirror. The car had no floor mats, which doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the dust in AZ makes them helpful, and again they said, not a safety issue. Overall, I am not pleased with the service, their answer is either not a safety issue or I didn’t buy the extended warranty. They do not stand behind their product. Very disappointing More

I can't say enough about this professional, personable, and friendly dealership. When I drove up, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff who walked me to the person I was scheduled to meet with. The salesperson I was scheduled to meet with, Michael Willand, was friendly and helpful, answering every question about the car and demonstrated all the features. He took extra time to ensure that I understood each feature that he demonstrated. He also understood that I wanted to visit a few other dealerships before making my decision. The salespeople at the other dealerships were not nearly as knowledgeable about the car as Michael. They also didn't make me feel "appreciated" which is so important for a woman shopping for a car. Later that day I went back to Liberty Buick to purchase my car. It was an easy and enjoyable process! I highly recommend this dealership! More
