Terrible and WOULD NOT recommend anyone deal with this dealership. From the time I bought my used Buick it was down hill. Salesman essentially bait and switched the price on me because he knew I was from dealership. From the time I bought my used Buick it was down hill. Quoted me one price as "out the door" and when I got there it was magically $500 more and he even denied doing this. Dealership refused to budge on it. May seem like a small thing but it wasn't. Would have walked away right then and there but wife convinced me to stay. In finance they made it really difficult to work with my credit union pressuring me to go through "their financing" and when I did not want to he ran my application anyway despite me explicitly telling him not to. And finally when I drove the car off the lot from day one I have had computer issues with the vehicle. Initially they tried to fix it but after still having the same issues they now are refusing to do anything more unless I pay them money up front and leave the car there for a week or more. Do not do business with them. More

Starting with salesman Charles MacDonal continue without a rating. Liberty Buick in Peroia, AZ has lived up to the stereotype of "used car salesmen". Starting with salesman Charles MacDonald whom I unfortunately trusted. I was charged $8000 over MSRP on a $35000 2022 vehicle sold as a used car with less than 200 miles. I did not ask the right questions. Shame on me I trusted Charles. It may not be illegal but certainly unethical. Then I was not allowed to talk to the General Manager, he was too busy. Instead I was passed to the used car supervisor, Jerry, who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would warn anyone away from Liberty Buick! More
