After being told I had to drop my car off all day, with no loaner option (single mom here) the general manager corrected the issue and took care of the fuel pump recall and gave me a loaner overnight. Average dealership didn’t stand out. The service department ignore customers. They are short with customers and make you feel like you are bothering them. They sold me the fluid differential for the rear of the car. My car had 7,000 miles on it. The manual saids you need to change it at 15,000 miles. So what’s the point sellout to me now??? So a $166.00 later In was out the door. Scott said he was quoting the Honda specs for the car. Really! He said your car is here so why not do it now so you don’t have to come back??! More

Frank Marier and his body shop crew did a absolutely Fantastic job on our CX5. We had brought it in to the body collision shop for a miner issue, which Frank promptly repaired.. While doing this repair Frank discovered and informed us, (including videos), about a mouse and her young ones nesting in our car . Frank and the body shop crew put in much extra time and effort to eradicate the problem. To top it off they cleaned the car inside and out. Great work folk! I must say that we truly had the most pleasant car buying experience and Liberty Honda. The phone receptionist was very courteous, and set us up with an initial appointment with very short notice. Jadean was excellent with us and very patient in answering all our questions letting us test drive some vehicles. Justin was very pleasant, courteous and efficient, as was Marissa that took care of all the paperwork on the day of our pick-up. I can’t say I have ever been so welcomed at a place and to even have the general manager (Mike) come introduce himself was a surprise and made us feel good about our decision. We love our new Passport Trailsport and we made a good decision, thanks for making it such a nice experience!! More
