Prices are generally in line with what you would expect from a dealer. However, service always takes significantly longer than they quote. Second time I was quoted 7hrs and done by 3pm for AC work, car was finished at 530pm and when I got it back the inside was covered in oil and grease. I had to request that a technician clean the car before giving it back to me. Also, a minor pet peeve. They always ask if you want a car wash and yet never wash your car. If you’re not going to do it, don’t ask me if I want it. More
