I showed up for service at my appointed time, and had no weight. The service technician was friendly knowledgeable, and told me exactly what needed to be done. I arrived at 8:00 a. m. for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. At 9:00 Scott informed me about my tires having low tire threads and couldn’t rotate the ti m. for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. At 9:00 Scott informed me about my tires having low tire threads and couldn’t rotate the tires. So I told him to replace all the tires. Scott said it would take an hour and a half. Two hours later I see my car on the lift with no explanation until I asked for and update. Then I was told the car will be ready in 20 min. It was an hour. It took 3 hours to install 4 new tires an complete an alignment. That is not acceptable. What I heard from Scott was excuses why it took so long. None that I believe was true. I will have to rethink any future maintenance work at this dealership. More
