I’ve been coming to Liberty Honda for a handful of years and Chloe has been the service rep I’ve worked most with. Like always, this time she was great at keeping me updated about my car and answering all m and Chloe has been the service rep I’ve worked most with. Like always, this time she was great at keeping me updated about my car and answering all my questions. If she didn’t know, she would ask around to find it. I trust the judgment of the team here in large part because people like Chloe keep us in the loop of consumers and work with us to make sure our car is running well without needlessly spending money to repair things. I like how the dealership gives you an idea of how severe the repair is in case you can’t afford all repairs and can wait to get some of them done in the future. All and all, I keep coming to Liberty Honda even though I moved out of the city because of this team. More
