I was there for an oil change, johnatan suggested antifreez cooling fluid change up, after long wait, we took car home, to find out a winshield conteainer loose. And leaking of fluid, car showed water fluid low, we fill it up, then all liquid drain on my driveway, back to Liberty Honda, to replace broken container diagnosis, oh, they didn't have the part so was order, to notify me when arrived, 3+ weeks no news, call Johnstan and said part has not arrive yet. So contacted a Honda Supervisor who find out casualty part arrive just then, gave me an appointment for next day, went to Lberty Honda and Jonathan said no time to do it to busy schedule, to do it on Friday October 13, at 9.00 am because Friday wasn't a busy day, ok I arrive that day early at 8am to find out I had not an appointment fortunately the new lady advisor check with her boses and they started the job I had to leave car cause it will take long again they didn't have the other parts needed so have to go back on Saturday and job was finaly completed. We had to rent a car No car was offered by Jonathan to get me a ride or car i only have one car the Honda pilot beign fixed. I'm very very very disappointed with Liberty Honda Hartford, will have to find another reliable dealer. Jonathan advise was the worst ever. More
