I dropped off my car on a Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment. Dealership “didn’t get” to my car on Monday and promised a call the following day. I heard nothing for 5 days. I called several morning appointment. Dealership “didn’t get” to my car on Monday and promised a call the following day. I heard nothing for 5 days. I called several times over the following days and received no return call. I only got my car back, finally, on Saturday after calling and insisting someone speak to me immediately. I was promised an update that day and didn’t receive a call until 15 minutes before service closed for the day, giving me no time to get to the dealership in time to pick up my car before the department closed for a holiday weekend.
