Although the service department is good for some things, my last experience was NOT so good. I understand there are things that can’t be handled by your service department. My flex pipe had a hole in it. Ch my last experience was NOT so good. I understand there are things that can’t be handled by your service department. My flex pipe had a hole in it. Chloe told me that the whole assembly would have to be replaced at the cost if $2,700.00. Luckily I do know something about cars. The WHOLE ASSEMBLY DOES NOT have to be replaced because there is a hole in the flex pipe. What Chloe should have told me is… we at Liberty Honda are not equipped to only fix the flex pipe. However, if you take it to an exhaust specialist, they would be able to just replace the flex pipe at a much lower cost. Just because your service department isn’t able to do it does not mean it cannot be done. And for her to tell me that is the only way to fix it is to replace the whole assembly is wrong. You would earn more respect from your customers, if your staff was completely honest with us. I brought my van to Pops Exhaust and it cost me $260.00 to replace ONLY the flex pipe. That is a xxxx of a lot less than a $2700.00 that Chloe quoted me. Try being HONEST! More
