I realize a lot of people avoid service at a dealership because of the rate charged for labor, but sometimes when you want the person working on your car to really know the mechanics of the make and model because of the rate charged for labor, but sometimes when you want the person working on your car to really know the mechanics of the make and model of your car, it is worth heading to the dealership. In my case, I had the torque converter replaced. Pricey, yes, but I feel the job was done right, the service and communication were great, and I had the use of a loaner car which added convenience. I was pleased. More
