Quote out the gate was a fair one. Time at dealership was easy, everyone is very friendly, great customer service, but not a high pressure sales environment. We dealth with Dan Rovelli who was extremely knowledgeable. We originally came in to look at the Forester and as Dan listened to what we wanted, he suggested the Outback, which we liked much better for our needs. We got a quote that day and left to consider our options and shop around. Hands down the best quote we found and I shopped around to many dealers across NJ to ensure we were getting a good price. Seamless experience. Dan was super patient and responsive to all my emails and texts. He took the time to walk us through all the new aspects of our car upon pickup. Great dealership.
