The process went so smoothly, I honestly expected an issue at some point but there was none. Liberty Subaru is not "down the road" from where I live yet I will go there in the future. I have already recommended them to my friends looking at buying a Subaru. More

I had done a fair amount of research ahead of time and I w Liberty Subaru was the third Subaru dealership that I visited while looking for a 2016 WRX. I had done a fair amount of research ahead of time and I walked in knowing what I wanted. Prior to my visit to Liberty, I have checked out two other dealerships in Morris County. The first was an awful experience that resulted in me walking out within 5 minutes of sitting down, the second was an underwhelming experience with a couple follow up visits...that ultimately went nowhere (it was almost like they didn't want to make a sale). As a result, I reluctantly walked into Liberty Subaru half expecting a similar type of negative experience. I worked mainly with David Finkel, who was nothing short of amazing and a pleasure to work with. He was low key, straight forward in a non pushy type of way, and had great customer service. Essentially, he asked what I wanted and how much I was looking for in my trade-in and he met what I came in asking for. He was great to work with during every step of the way, start to finish. I cant say enough about him, it was a day / night difference from my prior experiences. In addition, Kevin Mark was also great to work with. When I buy another Subaru, it will be from Liberty. I would recommend them 100% to family and friends. More
