Dave had a quick response time to my inquiries despite the long wait for my reply. The test drive was overall informative and fun. Dave was like a human manual for the car as he explained all the features the car provided as well as a tutorial on how to access them. Purchasing my car was a very smooth process. Kevin explained and made sure I understood what I was signing it was very quick. Liberty Subaru is an exceptional place. Friendly, approachable staff who seem to enjoy what they do. I left the dealership to think about it.... and returned later that evening to 'seal the deal'. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully, he responded to my questions and concerns and did NOT direct the conversation to my fiancee.... other dealers had done the 'talk to the guy' thing, and not 'talk to the buyer'. (I left those dealerships). I'm happy with my purchase, the ease of buying and financing, and would recommend Ed Vogel and Liberty Subaru to others. More

From ready to buy to won't return in 5 minutes I was recently shopping for a crossover in mid price segment & was kind of divided between Honda, Subaru & Mazda. Took a test drive at Liberty & reall I was recently shopping for a crossover in mid price segment & was kind of divided between Honda, Subaru & Mazda. Took a test drive at Liberty & really liked Subaru, my experience during test drive with Sales assistant Tom Quinn was great, i never felt being put on spot & made up my mind to get Subaru. It all goes downhill from there, Tom was busy so i was offered Rob Bontemps he tried to unsell me a premium forester claiming he can add leather to premium trim for a grand (which he just cant perfectly), was totally uninterested to work out pricing & the conversation just ended in 60 second straight. I did ended up buying the same car from a different dealership, with a great shopping experience, price. I would thank these guys for forming my opinion on the car & i think they have good salesman but as long as they got salesman like Rob i would recommend everyone to stay away from them. More
