After last winter, I finally decided to give up my Town Car for an all wheel drive car. After doing much research (Consumer Reports, Car & Driver, etc.), I was amazed at the accolades which the Subaru products were receiving. I went to "Liberty Subaru" because of its proximity to my home. I had already test driven about twenty other brands, but felt I should give Subaru a try. My initial contact was with David Finkel. He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. He encouraged me to take my time and find a car I really liked. There was absolutely no pressure to make a sale. He was always available for questions via phone, e-mail or in person. When I met with Tom Portee to discuss the financial arrangements, I encountered the same friendly attitude. He was completely willing to help in any way he could. Before driving off in my new Subaru Outback, Steve Klein spent close to an hour with me explaining the various technical aspects of the car. Since the car I was turning in was a 2004, he had his work cut out for him. Although I am computer literate, there was much to learn. All three contacts I had at the dealership extended themselves past the purchase, offering me any help I might need in the future.
