The management was great in my original purchase and I am looking f Hi, I own a 2002 Outback Ltd that I purchased from Liberty Subaru in Emerson NJ. The management was great in my original purchase and I am looking forward to repeating my great consumer experience with Liberty and Subaru again soon. I have looked at other similar SUV's but remain committed to Liberty Subaru and the Subaru brand because of the quality of the vehicle and the management and service staff at this dealership. The best thing about Liberty Subaru is the excellent management and service staff that maintains my car. I am always given a good evaluation of what needs to be done, an accurate estimate of the expense, and a quick turnaround on all maintenance needs for my car. I rarely wait long for my car to be serviced. And it is always done correctly, so I don't need to worry about anything. And that is a great relief to me. I don't drive that far to work, but I need to be there on time. Liberty and Subaru gets me where I need to be on time, safely, securely and without hassles or concerns. I especially appreciate the service manager at Liberty Subaru Bob Osterloff and Bryan Vignali for their assistance with my recent maintenance needs for my 2002 Outback. Bob, Bryan and their maintenance staff managed to fit my servicing needs into their hectic schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me on my way. This dealership does customer service the best ; all the way from purchase to service! I doubt I would own another vehicle if it were not from Liberty Subaru! Thanks Liberty and Subaru! Doug T More

Pretty good service one minor complaint They've become much better at keeping appointments, before it seemed as though you would schedule it and they just realized it when you walked in but They've become much better at keeping appointments, before it seemed as though you would schedule it and they just realized it when you walked in but it's really improved. Never really had any issue with the service they've always been pretty good and straight forward with what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. My only complaint is every time I get service I seem to be down 1 more push pin for the engine cover etc. Probably missing about 5 - 6 now. Like I said very minor, but irks me sometimes. More
Great Service Department I have been bringing my 2014 WRX here for the standard maintenance since I moved to North Jersey. I had my motor blow recently and had my car towed here. The transaction was pleasant. As odd as that sounds. To diagnose, replace motor, and get back to me took just 8 days. You cannot ask for better service then that. Chris was my adviser and he kept me up to date. This repair has taken many friends 3-4 weeks. Not here! More

Also, an oil change is $70. I didn't need an oil change, but they only deducted $50. Not satisfied at all. Oh I don't know the employees name that helped me, the app made me check a box. More

my 4th Subaru from liberty I found d Liberty when my Subaru required service. Found a team of service and sales people I trust. The current car is my favorite. Last year I needed a motor for the windshield wiper. It wasn't in stock. Service went on line and sent me to another dealer who had it! Who does that? Oh and they are totally pet friendly. More
